  1. I don't think there is a local network conflict, but the ISP he is using might use CGNAT which allows people to share the same IP address and thus can cause some issues like this. But that might not be his problem and might be due to the fact that kids are kids.
  2. Instead of using portal blocks you should use Message Blocks. See /mb on how to make a message block.
  3. I recommend creating your own textures from the default texture pack which is at https://static.classicube.net/default.zip and edit it using GIMP or any image editor you prefer using. But for the love of god do not use MSPaint to edit the textures. Well, you use the /gb commands to add blocks and edit them. There is a great tutorial seen bellow. You edit properties/rank.properties in the folder where your server is and then use /server reload to load the changes you made.
  4. Just stop using the account you want deleted, or just forget about that account.

  12. I'm sure you only need to do /server reload and not need to restart the server.
  13. Unfortunately you can't do this unless you modify the server software or use a plugin I think.

  17. You have to add 2 different blocks using 2 different min max settings, and name one of them BLOCKNAME-NS and the other BLOCKNAME-WE, and then you enable auto-rotate using F6.
