I remembered this game on an old forum I used to go on, so I thought I'd bring it here and see how people like it.

It's a pretty simple game. To play, you need to grant the last person who posted their wish, but add in a bad twist that ruins it. Then, you must wish for something, and the next person to play will grant your wish but then ruin it, and so on.

Example:

Alice: I wish for a pet dragon!

Bob: Wish granted, but it flies away and abandons you. I wish to win the lottery.

Charlie: Wish granted, but you lose the winning ticket. I wish I had a brand new house.

And so on.

I'll begin:

I wish I could go to outer space!

Wish granted, the entire world is now covered in smog and pollution because every single thing runs on gas and oil. Including coffee makers, toothbrushes, vibrators, phones, computers, and even your mouse. People are getting dementia, as well as dying from lung disease and carbon monoxide poisoning because of the constant exhaust that's in the air. Birth rates are down because of the increased level of birth defects, and humans will be extinct in 50 years, as well as most other life forms on the planet.

Wish granted, the forum is now dedicated to the selling of dismembered monkey parts. Some snitch rats us out to the FBI and they shut the site down and arrest everyone that interacted with the forum for animal cruelty.
