I hate that people have to announce their leaving. like if you want to leave, you can leave, it does not have to be some huge deal.

Also, The community is pretty toxic so I can understand why he is leaving.

The best way to deal with the toxic players is kindness, if you get angry at them, it fuel's their behavior.
