  10. you can buy something called a VPS (virtual private server) which is like a virtual machine with its own ip address in the cloud. you can get one pretty cheap with OVHcloud (£4.80/mo with 2GB RAM, 1 cpu, 40GB storage) and they can run ClassiCube server software fine. for RAM, I'd recommend 1GB/2GB

  12. how would script errors make it slow? python is slow because it is interpreted, there are probably other reasons that it is slow since other interpreted languages such as Javascript and Lua are much faster C, it's pretty simple

  20. yes, copy these 3 commands wget http://classicube.s3.amazonaws.com/client/release/nix64/ClassiCube.tar.gz tar -zxvf Classicube.tar.gz ./ClassiCube wget downloads the ClassiCube archive tar extracts it ./ runs classicube

  22. linux is the kernel that ChromeOS uses and the linux option gives you access to the bash terminal
  23. server hosting on windows is probably just as bad, you can't run a windows computer 24/7 without it slowing down bit by bit until it's unusable. same, i will also host people's servers if they're good
