From what I gather, that appears to be based on Linux, so that's way more plausible than most other suggestions in this thread

Yes, and this OS is much closer to Linux on PC than Android
 

Some old mobile operating system. Nokia's later Symbian OS devices (with touchscreens) could be capable enough for example.

You can build a PSP version and run it through PPSSPP, which was officially available for Symbian

Has anyone said Dreamcast yet? I'd love to boot this up on my dreamcast and poke around.

The r180 toaster is great to play cc but it always explodes I don't know why
