how do I tell my crush that I like her?

i'm in the final grades of high school and there's a girl that catches my eye too much, every time I get close to her I feel things in my little friend that are very strange and every time I get close to her she gets away from me (for some reason) some days ago i farts around her and she tells me it's disgusting.

what should I do?
should I tell her how I feel?
repress my feelings and forget about her?
