When i loaded the announce plugin i did what it said but it just wont work and i would like to know who can help me fix it 

what version of server and software you use

MCgalaxy but when i type /cmdload announce it says file extra/commands/dll/Cmdannounce.dll not found.

Did you compile it?

yes and for some reason it does not work

does the file even exist? errors in the error log or console when compiling? anything other than "it does not work"?

well it does i just dont know why its saying there is no dll but the dll is there

Did you capitalize it properly?

CmdAnnounce.dll is not a valid assembly, or has an invalid dependency. Details in the error log. now it says that

i did 

A screenshot and/or video could be helpful.... compiling a plugin isn't that hard, unless the code itself is the problem.

congrats it's a code error. fix the error or report the problem in the plugins github

That is a error code for the code itself. There is no dll because it has not compiled this due to the code inside of the plugin.

Then probably don't run a server, or rather, use someone else's server as yours

You can report the problem on github like UclCommander suggested. Or ask someone, like Andrew or 123DMWM to help you fix it. 

The error you have shown here is an unrelated error that occurred on January 15th when someone tried to do /undo from console

Your server needs more memory to store plugins.

That memory error is related to the fill command.

I don't think that is the error you receive directly after you run the /pcompile command.
