We have CC on all other platforms, chromebook users are very limited and should have CC for their device, And then we could all use plugins.

it runs in the chromeos browser. plugins wouldn't work even if it was packaged as a chromeos app.

I never wrote the document. But what you do is download linux terminal, and enter those commands, and download things from the link.

I'm not sure, but i think RealMaxJacobsYT plays on a chromebook and uses cmd's and plugins (Max correct me if i'm wrong)
