Chat between two servers

So I own two servers and I need to know how to be able to make the players be able to chat between the two servers

maybe a plugin, maybe code.

I need to know

ask @SpicyCombo for her discord plugin 

and then ask him to add it to blot servers but u have to have a discord server and a bot to make it work

You set IRC up on both servers and lead to the same IRC channel.
