Theres a limit to how much Servers The Game it programed to do so i was thinking probably make a server for the Downloadable Servers

I'm confused on what you are trying to say......

What im trying to say is Theres a limit of how much Servers so if its full i would recommend making a server on the Downloadable Servers at the bottom

There isn't a limit to how many servers there can be total, and you don't "make a server on the downloadable servers", those are simply servers that can't talk to the webclient.
