Classicube does not share any personal information to servers. Servers know your username (required for authentication) and ip address (required so that your client and the server can communicate). we don’t have any control over what the server owner is able to find by googling your ip address or username.

You can connect to the server and save the level with the client, but you do miss out on server-side configurations in doing so (npcs, etc)

ClassiCube is written in C. Minecraft is written in Java but also likely wouldn't work due to resource constraints.

No, classicube only supports limited-size worlds. servers can fake an infinite world by sending new maps when the user gets close to the edge, but that is janky and a lot of work to coordinate properly

If you place the ClassiCube file in a folder, then rename the folder to ClassiCube.app it should work like a normal app
