I installed cc on windows xp but it can't run in browser and in the app.

Can you guys tell me what drivers or webGL version to use?

Can you provide more detail on what you mean by it doesn't work? For both browser and native application?

On which version of Firefox are you on? Since the webapp requires your browser to support webassembly. Additionally the app not working might be due to outdated IE, no support for modern versions of TLS and/or outdated or broken certificates.
