I ask this because ii want to build stuff in singleplayer with no restrictions (nb mb) and no forced texture packs (na 2) and maybe some commands that arent even in multiplayer servers? So yeah is there a way to get more commands in singleplayer?

Not really, but you can host a private Mcgalaxy server just for you.

Maybe (and ONLY maybe) you can do this through plugins
