Thanks! It’s not Sunday yet, but it’s still nice to receive an ice cream gift. It looks large – just the way I like it. it’s not often when I allow myself to eat sweets, but once a week, it’s fine.
Discipline is everything, and it’s the only thing that helped me fight my food addiction and lose weight. Now I like my looks and healthy body and don’t want to lose that. And I let the people around me know I don’t like unhealthy food anymore and they shouldn’t give it to me. My parents used to give me large sweet gift baskets with a lot of chocolate, but now they choose something more healthy like fruits, vegetables, rice and so on. they know I like it much more.
