Hello There, when I do /sign, is there a way I could message a player by clicking it, because  /sign @(name) does not work. Thank you for reading if you did, Goodbye!

I'm not sure if @(player) (message) would be able to work, since it doesn't appear to be an actual command that the MB can recognise.

The next best thing would probably be to put /send (player) (message) inside a message block. And then the player who received a message can type /inbox to read their messages.

Oh so when the player is online you can not do it, and @Name does not work

It should be able to work when the player is online.

If the player is offline you may have to use their exact username with a + at the end to ensure that it gets sent to them.
