Web only server!?

Yet another post about Sico Lounge; I only seem to be able to get people who are using the web client to join. However, as far as my knowledge goes, I am the only one who can join from the downloadable client, just from direct connect. How do I let people not using the web client join my server?

XD dumb again! Someone using cef joined. They were on 1.1.9 though.
