Making a server on a chromebook?

I tried looking to see if anyone else has asked this question, but i haven't found anything. I'm pretty sure I already know that the answer is no, but can you make a server on a chromebook?

Contact EddyNetWeb, you won't host it yourself; Maybe if you enabled developer mode and compiled something like MCGalaxy for it. But that's just a theory.
