Does anone know what plugin to use?

Hi, i recently got back my ma from a server that shut down, and the water i put in goes everywhere. Does anone know what plugin i woud use in singleplayer to get he /replace command and etc? i want to use /replace water 0 to get rid of it! thanks in advance,  TNTBoi23
