i try using paint.net, every time i resize my HD face, it gets very blurry.

By using Nearest Neighbor

To add to this, make sure you resize by doubling only, such as 200% or 400% size

Uh I do not get it I just need hd Faces..

make the skin texture bigger. but make it bigger by multiplyinh the size in square numbers

also blockbench is a better program for makings skins imo

If you don't want to work much and trying to make something cool you should search for "hd skin editor" or "hd skin maker" In Google.
