How could I make the portals go to their Realm Maps?

Like for example, in my account, the realm portal goes to azbacho10+

And for my brother's account, the realm portal goes to b2+

Can you tell me how to do the same?

You do /portal (portal type)

then you /mark the area where you want the portal to start 

then you go to the destination map and /mark wherever you want the portal to be placed

in a message block.

so no matter who touches it, it goes to their own realm. For example

/mb water /os go
