  1. Hey, Apparently ClassiCube has been updated. I haven't updated my EXE yet though. So guess what? I archived my copy! This is so that you wouldn't need to recompile the game again. I think that the devs take this approach - having access to old source code is cool and all, but the average Joe can't compile it - so instead redistributing the original compiled file and everything it needs is more accessible. Please let me know if I can upload it to the forums. Thanks!
  2. I'd pick MS-DOS version 6.22 - it can run Doom so THEORETICALLY it may be able to run a mini-version of ClassiCube. You would likely not be able to join any servers though, because not many people have software and other stuff to connect to the Internet on DOS.
  3. I'll give compiling an old version another shot.
  4. Was curious about it. Also, I can't play those versions, I'm using VS and it gives me a compilation error when trying to compile it.
  5. I wanted to know if there was an archive of old ClassiCube versions already compiled. I tried compiling myself on the Visual Studio install you get from Unity, but it says that I can't compile it with that version and I have to use 2015 for XP instead. But all the Visual Studio 2015 downloads don't work for me. If there is an archive (kinda like an OmniArchive for ClassiCube), then please link it to me.
  6. Well, see you under your new name. I wish you good luck!
  7. Yeah the link's broken. It doesn't work anymore.
  8. It looks very nice! Keep working on it, I wanna try it out for myself!
