Go to your MCGalaxy install directory and navigate to /text/discord/controllers.txt, the text file is a line-seperated list for who's allowed to execute commands from Discord. You can also do "/DiscordControllers add [user id]" to add Discord controllers in-game. IRC controllers are in /rank/IRC_Controllers.txt (for some reason). The command for the IRC controllers is the same, but since IRC doesn't have user IDs, you have to add their username to controllers.
