God someone please help me

My model right now is looking like a peace of crap rn. Not just this model all my models. Most of the time on blockbench it look great it exactly how I want it, but on game the head is weird af and the arms goes every where!!! Im all out of options, i seen every god damn yt vid to help w/ this situation and still no go. I need help BADLY!!!
