I need help downloading Classicube

So, I am on Windows 11 and I download the 64-bit version, It downloads on a ZIP file instead of a normal classicube file???? I extract everything (llike it tells me too) and then when I open ClassiCube.exe it gives me a warning saying "Windows protected your PC" so idk what to do please help me

Basically, whenever someone makes a program and does not pay microsoft a bunch of money to "sign" it, windows will do this when you run it.

You should be able to click something like "more info" and then "run anyway" to get past that screen.
