Posted June 25, 2024Jun 25 Glodden Godd I am admin on always classic and have been for a while. I have a personal skin that shows up as my skin if I go to skins on here but when I join the server it is the default skin. I have another character I can use on the always classic server and that shows up as its altered skin. Any idea why this is? Edited June 25, 2024Jun 25 by matelo2
June 28, 2024Jun 28 Try typing /skin -own, your skin might have been changed causing it to use the default instead. Using the command will reset the skin, using the one in the Classicube Database. Edited June 28, 2024Jun 28 by CorranEveryone Just adding stuff to make more sense.
August 15, 2024Aug 15 Author Glodden Godd that doesn't seem to make any difference. If I go to the 'make skin' option on here it shows my selected skin see below. It also shows it as my avatar on the left. If I try to download the skin, an option further down the page, it looks to load a corrupt file. If I do /skin +own it gives me a weird skin that I am not very fond of. If I go to skinswatch there is nothing like it. How do I get it to show up on the server. August 15, 2024Aug 15 Can you please join AlwaysClassic so we can investigate this further? Solved, there were two issues: 1) AlwaysClassic is configured to use skins based on the Minecraft account that matches the ClassiCube account name. So if you don't own the same name on MC and CC it won't work like expected. 2) -own isn't valid syntax for resetting your skin to default
August 15, 2024Aug 15 Author Glodden Godd just putting /skin solved it? Thanks to Goodly Edited August 15, 2024Aug 15 by matelo2
