How to own a server in mobile?

Hi. 

I would like to own a server but I don't know how do it on mobile.

The only way I can think of going about this would be to flash an android device with any rom that allows you to run linux applications.

Excluding that I'm not sure, just use eddyn (or just get a PC)

I've been using Lemehost for a long time, but you have to check every 1 hour so that the server doesn't go down, it's hard to learn, but if you're interested you can also increase the free time from 1 hour to 2 hours (thanks to that the server hasn't gone down at all while I'm playing)
