How Do I Restore An Inactive Account?

So I had an account called "Scottnotthewoz" and i had it on my old computer that broke because of the hard drive,

now i had this account but i cant use my last one because when i press the reset password, i cant reset because of the email

If you can access to your Email (ez**********@gmail.com) Then you can click the Recover button. If not, then you can try telling an Administrator about it.
