maybe it's more like it blocks ports other than 443 and 80

Change your dns to cloudflares'. Or just get a vpn or proxy.

Wish that cloudflare dns worked but i'm blocked from changing it, so no plans for that. I found out just posting random things in the forums is fun, i mean the entire bee movie script was worth the 1 day ban for the reactions.
