"You are already logged in" ERROR

So, I was in a server and I said I have to go for a few min, I come back and my pc froze from overheating, so when I get it running again and try to login to the server, it says it is already logged in. On 2 seperate accounts. Does it still think I was logged in from when the PC froze?

it's probably the server still thinking you are connected, wait for a while until the connection times out.
