you were banned for a reason, bans are supposed to be permanent, unless you were temp-banned, you aren't getting unbanned. How could he trust you to not do the same mistakes again, complaining on the public forums wont get you anywhere in the unban process.

So not only have you been banned from a server, but you may also be temp-banned from the forum. read every rule book or guidelines before doing things. it'll save you the shame of being looked upon as a irresponsible 12 year old.
