But you are correct that you need to save a skin on your PC before you can upload it.

So, I want to use a skin that is saved on my computer but without taking the skin that is saved on my ClassiCube account (sorry for the way I wrote before, I was trying to write without using a translator)

So you want to temporarily use a different skin somewhere but not change your global account skin?
You can do /skin [name of player]
or /skin [link to skin]
