how do i black list people with a message

so im trying to blacklist people from freebuild and i wanna make a custom messege when i blacklist them how do i

After blacklisting them, you can use /warn [name] [message] to add a note as to why they were blacklisted. Then, if you want to see later, you can do /notes [name]

You can also consider using /send [name] [message] to send them some mail that says why they were blacklisted, if you want them to see it when they login.
