Server help

So For my server called Seacraft might get renamed in the future I have to know how to make a zs portal if anyone knows any possible answers to this please answer quickly. I also would like to know how to make custom commands I use McGalaxy so yeah. Could I also know a pvp plugin and how to put it on eddyn server thingy.
