Custom 8Ball responses

So in NA2 I think there are custom 8Ball responses like if there is the word "who" at the start of the message it will say a users name. Also is there a way to make it so if you ask a specific question there is a specific repsonse?

just ask the question in a lot of different wordage usages,

for example, instead of saying "how are you?"

you could say "hey! you! how are you?"

 

or instead of saying "is cole meat?"

you could say "cole, is he meat?"
