You can already run MCGalaxy on most operating systems by installing Mono, which provides a loader for Common Language Infrastructure (CLI) and an implementation of the .NET API. It works for Linux, macOS and BSD. I'm not too sure about iOS, but on Android it's theoretically possible.

It is... not wise to run a server on a mobile phone or tablet, though. ☹️
