Hello, I am building a server with mcgalaxy, but although I did the modem thing correctly, it requires port forwarding and that port forwarding is not working. What can I do?

Best I can recommend is looking up how to port forward with your specific router on Google. Some internet service providers do not permit port-forwarding, so you may also want to check with your provider if that's an option.
