I have noticed, with the new major forum update, that you aren't able to downvote posts. This makes earning reputation a snap, and makes the 'Schoolkid' and 'Chromie' ranks obsolete. You have no way of distinguishing which comments are useful or not. Bring back the downvote button!

Use negative ratings, like dumb, to reduce reputation.

This isn’t new to the updated forums; it’s been like this for years. The only place with a “downvote” function was the “I need help” section, everywhere else relied on giving negative rates.

Ah, so the 'dumb' reaction will reduce the rep, right?
