Port Forwarding with my mcgalaxy server on starlink

So, as you've probably read the title, i need help with port forwarding with my mcgalaxy server on starlink.

I am very inexperienced with Port forwarding and servers, can anyone help please?

I'm unsure if Starlink gives a static, non-CGNAT IP address, but from what I know from someone who actually uses Starlink that it is impossible to port forward.
