will animated textures for ocean border be a option to do in the future?

Yeah as the title suggests will be animated textures like lava or water be used for the borders instead of the still textures in the terrain.png files in the future?

the still water and lava textures look really ugly to me ngl

You can't animate it, but you could just copy a frame from the animated texture and paste it where the non-animated texture is in the terrain.png file
