Cant join my server

Its port fowarded and its public but when i try to join it doesnt work

 

there are no errors in mcgalaxy

It is likely that your ISP is blocking connections to your public IP. It should work fine if used the web client HTTPs proxy or connected through 127.0.0.1

there are no errors in mcgalaxy, and i tried joining trough the classicube proxy
