Is there a way i can request an email change without being logged in?

So when i made the account "Lyrikelyly" i might've used a tempmail because of the whole "you cant make an account" thing that was happening (i had no other emails and it was bugging and wouldn't let me make another account) 

Is there a way i can change the email/request a change for Lyrikelyly?

Uh the thing is, i dont remember it, as i cannot see it currently, i also sadly do not have access to discord because of some restrictions, the username is Lyrikelyly, i just wanted to know if there was a way i could request some sort of email change

In the case that you don't remember your email address, please send me the username of the account and your current IP address in a private message on the forums so I can attempt to verify your information.
