How to spawn mobs and models in CC?

Hello. I keep seeing on servers models of MC Steves like this one:

Source: AlwaysClassic.

... and zombies that are composed from Mossy stone and Green cloth. I also seen on MCGalaxy software Creepers, Trains, birds and other things.

Can someone tell me how to summon them? Thanks!

To create the zombies made of blocks, use /physics 3, then /place zombie (or  /zombie to toggle zombie-block placing mode)
To see other special blocks, use /blocks complex all
