MCGalaxy Failed to send heartbeat to www.classicube.net

I've been having this error since yesterday

it might be caused by me trying to  create my own proxy, but i've restarted my pc and it still doesnt work!

the server works locally but doesnt appear on the server list

also, when joining locally, cef errors
&cFailed to update CEF: &ferror sending request for url (https://api.github.com/repos/SpiralP/classicube-cef-loader-plugin/releases/latest)
i think something might be wrong with my connection

nevermind turns out my proxy was turned on in the windows
