I can't create a second account

I tried to make a second account sevral times but it says 

"We were unable to create your account try again in an hour or assume something is being worked on"

But i also have a question is there a new version coming out?

You can't.

This is just my OPINION.

Creating a second acc is no longer possible because of some people who are banned in (e.g. cc forum) create new ones again just to break rules of this forum..

 

For your second question, wait until CC releases the new version.
