How Do You Start Servers On Classic Cube?!

It's Cause I Wanna Start An Server To Make An Great Community For Everyone Ok But I Have Couple Of Question's :

1- Do You Need Programs Or Other Stuff?

2- Do You Need An New Router?

3- Is It Easy?

4- What Are The Requirements?

5- How Do You Install Classic Cube On Pc?
