Limited Building/Resource Gathering plugin?

Does anybody have or know where I can find an MCGalaxy plugin that adds the element of 'mining' to the game, where you need to collect resources to build?

I don't need a fully fleshed-out survival plugin, but just a plugin that adds gathering resources to the game.

I am already aware of this plugin, but I don't want to use it because it changes how the world loads/works and the other plugins I have don't work properly with it.
