UPnP enabling

I cannot enable UPnP. Woiiiiiiii has helped me but it still won't work. Woiiiiiiii has told me to open control panel, go to network and sharing center, change advanced network and sharing, and enable network discovery, then Woiiiiiiii sent me a picture of enabling UPnP. I cannot find it. I NEED HELP!

It was not on the control panel, it's on the router settings. First you need to open cmd type ipconfig and then press enter and find the default gateway by default it would be 192.168.1.1 and then go to the browser and paste it and after you go to the website it should display a password the password and the username was located on the router (sorry for bad english)
