Changing my account password

Trying to change my account password to something more secure. Used the New Password input in my account settings but the password doesn't seem to have changed. I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing or if the password change takes a while to register?

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
