its the ip of what your hosting it on. if your hosting it on a computer in your home network it will be your home ip address (get it here: https://whatismyipaddress.com) you also need to include the port that the server is running on if your hosting it on something like lemehost it should tell you what the ip of the server is

Or make the web client a PWA so people with Chromebooks can download it and have it display in their app menu. A concept for what this could look like (OFC the PWA download button would just be built into the browser)
