were can i get texture packs i dont wanna make one so were would i get those

You can find them all over the place. You can take one from a server with or without permission, (Though, it would be nicer to ask for permission.) or you can use one of the many 123 hosts on his website. You can also find old texture packs from original classic on various websites and forums.
